Mezzo-soprano Sarah Knott presents a solo recital of works featuring women’s voices. The recital will highlight the New York premier of “Brittle, Bright” a song cycle composed by Brad Bombardier with text by poet Marion Thompson van Steenwyk. The poet’s daughter, Linda Turpening, will join Knott in premiering the work at the piano.

Soprano Emily Gallagher presents “Enchanted Melodies” - a family friendly concert that introduces children to classical music through fairy tales. During this interactive concert, the audience will be part of the story as they sing, dance, and craft to tell the stories they know in new ways. Audiences will leave creatively stimulated by being an active participant in the presentation, and with a greater knowledge and appreciation of classical music.
